I start off by saying,Melissa is outstanding! The cleaning provided today by Melissa and Jasmine continues to rival the one before it! There attention to detail is impressive each time! I know I’ve said this before, it’s literally like walking into a brand new home!!! Hats off to Mellissa and Jasmine what an excellent team! Worst company ive hired, had to re clean the floors, the stainless steel appliances still were dirty, blue drippings on side of toilet. Only thing well done was prob the showers. They also damaged my walls and kitchen towel holder
This is a good company. Mellisa G and Gabriella did a thorough job and communicated with me the entire time while I was at work. I would book them again.
Melissa and her team member are absolutely the best ever! I just can’t express enough, how impeccable, the cleaning was today… There attention to detail is beyond white glove, every nook and cranny was immaculately cared for, like my home was brand new! I had an absolutely terrible experience with Two Maids & A Mop. After their team finished cleaning, I walked into my home and it honestly looked like nothing had been done. The floors felt like they were mopped with dirty water, and they completely skipped 2 out of the 4 rooms that were supposed to be cleaned. It gets worse. I called immediately after the service to cancel any recurring appointments because I was so unhappy. Despite that, they still attempted to come back out the next day.
