Great guys. The first time I met these guys I had pulled in because my car was backfiring and stalling. I was thinking to myself this is going to be a big problem, simply because my car had never done that before. Well,, it actually turned out to be something minor. I was surprised they didn't try selling anything to me. They just fixed the wires that were an issue and sent me on my way. I was out the door with a smoth and quiet running car in about 30 minutes. Good service but expensive I went here to get an estimate on a repair for my car. I had a problem with the alignment. I was quoted an amount that I considered too high but they have a right to charge whatever they decide as long as it is done beforehand. The grounds looked organized and efficient. I'll give them another try next time I need a repair.
Finally found honest people – NYS inspection in Brooklyn,, there only one place. Two Guys Autoplex.. Seriously. I've been to so many other places in Bklyn, Queen, even Manhattan, and I've always got screwed somehow. But these guys are the best in every way. I gotta give it to these guys – Bklyn ASE repair shops that are qualified are hard to find. But this crew at Two Guys Autoplex are really cool. The crew is like no other place. They take care of you immediately and look the car over thoroughly. I don't have any issues with my car, but it"s always nice to know there's people that care about you andyourcar,and that don't take you for a ride. I can say, these are trustworthy people.
Surprisingly Nice – NYC repair shop Two Guys Autoplex is full of talented people that I find to be really qualified and dilegent in diagnostics, repairs and resoration. I have a classc Mercedes that I am very particular about. And these people have really met more than my standards. They have already restored my car to what I thought would be impossible to do. I now have a car hat I'm proud to drive. It tnow is ruely prestine. Thanks guys. I love your work.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – Okay, now that I've moved out of the area I feel safe to tell my tale. Second, I'd have to say that the majority of these '5 Star' reviews are probably written by the owner or his staff. I had a VW Jetta that needed some work on the transmission so i brought my car in. First off, the repairs were done over a year and a half. 2nd, he drove up over a curb on a sidewalk. We tried to help him, but his only concern was how not to tell his wife the truth. So he insisted we cover the cost, claiming "Warrentee". All so he wouldn't have to explain to his wife that he was the cause. Trying to blame someone else,,, Awfully pathetic..... Two Guys Autoplex is now the only place I'll go for anything and everything. You have no idea what I've been through searching for a place I can trust. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I went here to get a window repaired since my car was broken into. At the time, seemed like a decent job. Here's the catch: a few months later, my car was towed. I had no idea why: it was parked in a legal spot and I had no outstanding tickets. Or so I thought! Turns out that after I had dropped off my car at the Two Guys Autoplex, they proceeded to park it on the sidewalk outside the shop, where it had amassed hundreds of dollars in tickets. When we spoke back then, It was explained to you that where you had chosen to park your car when inquiring about the car glass was an illegal parking spot, and you were told that. But your would were: "I'll only be a minute". As well we even pointed out that there were 3 legal parking spots available right up the street, that you chose not to use. Please don't look to blame someone else, when you made that choice.
