The reviews above have to be fake. These guys are the epitome of the stereotypical car repair shop scam artists. I went in for an inspection sticker and they gave me an $1100 list of phony 'repairs' they said I needed to do to pass the test, plus a phony 'failed' printout (I knew it was phony both because I know what a real one looks like and because if I had actually failed, they would have had to charge me either way, per state law). My husband bought a classic car, it was a 57 Chevy. He wanted one since he was in his teen years. Everytime he saw one his eyes lit up like a tree on Christmas. Well, he was able to buy one that needed some repairs. He tinkered with it for about four months and he did everything he could do with it. He needed to take it somewhere and have it restored. When my BMW broke down on the side of the road, I have to admit, I was not sure what to do. I called twoguys autoplex and they told me not to worry. They sent a tow truck over to my location and took me and the BMW to their shop. By using the latest tools of the trade they were able to get the BMW repaired. Their auto repair guys are top notch and know what they are doing. Thank Goodness that Twoguys Autoplex was there to service my needs.
Recently while driving through the city, a large piece of gravel came from nowhere and hit my windshield. In all my years of driving, I’ve never had to deal with the issue of a cracked windshield. I already took my car to Two Guys Autoplex for oil change and maintenance, so I contacted them to get a recommendation, not realizing that they also fix or replace windshields. They dealt with the claim by contacting my insurance company directly – the windshield was fixed within a day.
I wanted to take this opportunity to praise Two Guys Autoplex. When you drive a pre-owned car, maintenance is something that’s needed on a regular basis. I bring my car to them for tune-ups, oil change and any kind of repair needed due to ware and tare of my car. The technicians at Two Guys are friendly, efficient and willing to answer my many questions about my car. Thanks again Two Guys for being there when I needed your help, not to mention the great job you performed on my car.
When I found out there was an upcoming car show, I was determined to display my classic Ford Mustang. However, as a busy business executive, I simply did not have the time necessary to detail my car to present it at its best. A friend told me that the staff at Two Guys Autoplex offered detailing and hand car washing, and they were able to get my Mustang primed and ready for the show. I got many compliments, and my car still looks great.
It was a late, cold night that I broke down in the middle of nowhere, and I had no one to call to help. Fortunately, a friend had left a business card for Two Guys Autoplex in my passenger seat, and I gave them a call. The helpful staff was able to find me even though the directions I provided lacked detail. They sent a tow truck, and I was able to make it home in time to help my son with his homework assignment. I will be keeping that business card in my glove box.
THEY ARE CRIMINALS. See 23 horrible, scary reviews on google. The first person writes "Unbelievable SCAM" .... it goes on from there. They have some fake wonderful reviews. The stories on Google reviews included one fellow who got $850 in parking tickets from local police when Two Guy Auto left his car on the street. Another person went for an oil change and got a $1200 bill. Still more people (who don't have internet access) added horror stories of overrun estimates and misleading diagnoses. I must say, I've ever come across a repair shop so skilled, diligent and well managed. These guys have been diagnosing and repairing me and my wife's car, along with my business fleet for years now. And I feel terrible that I've never taken the time to give them the review they surely deserve. I have a business with over 40 vehicles, and every one of them have been serviced and repaired by Two Guys Autoplex.
