An honest and by the book facility – I must say,, I was surprised to find a facility like this. I had towed my car and left it there being it wouldn't move. So of-course, At that point I believed my transmission was no good. Maybe 2 hours later they called to tell me the linkage simply broke and disconnected from the transmission but my transmission was fine. Very Helpful – I found this place last week after some other place was giving a problem inspecting my car. The other place had told me of repairs that were expensive. I just didn't have the money, so I went over to Two Guys Autoplex, where they looked over my car and found nothing wrong. The man actually joked with me,saying there was a problem. Absolutely Fantastic – I was really impressed with these people. They are so professional in everything they do. Really. I was there for an inspection over the weekend, a time that is extremely busy for them. Although I was still taken in within 10 minutes. They looked over the car and had the inspection done under 20 minutes. They even through in a free car wash. DISHONEST, SLOPPY, Worse Shop in the Whole Area – When I went to TWO GUYS LIERS for NY state inspection they said that need new brakes and tune up.. 3-4 weeks before going to TWO GUYS LIERS I had new brakes (rotors and brake pads installed & complete tune up done at at PepBoys. Once I told them that I had that done 3-4 weeks ago/maybe I drove 800 miles litte guy come from the office and tryied telling my that they were bad quality... and agian how he new that... One of the best out there – Two Guys Autoplex I found to be one of the few out there that is truthful to the customers and would go out of their way to help. I got stuck on the Pulaski Bridge one evening just as they were closing. I walked over the bridge to find someone to help. 2 other shops refused to help once they heard that I was not interested checking out the problem or repairing it but to only push it off the bridge and park it somewhere. On the ball – These people are great. I didn't have to wait for anything. I went there for an inspection and even as busy as they were I was in and out in 20 minutes. All the other places I've gone to I needed to make an appointment first and go back and then still wait an hour or 2. Two Guys Autoplex is really on the ball. And the best is, when they were done they washed my car for free.
Pretty good repair place – I must say, these guys really impressed me with their professionalism. The way they check my car to find the problem that was not found by 2 other shops was pretty interesting. They were going over wire and computer diagrams and testing wire for particular signals for about an hour. And they found the problem. Rain water had gotten into a connector which was shorting the system. it was just a matter of drying the connector and sealing it. So I got off cheap. Just a great crew – I have known the guys there for about 5 years. You can say I'm a faithful customer of theirs. Each time I go there I have to show my appreciation by writing a little something, because the guys are great. Not just one or two people. The entire crew. Their pleasant, helpful, honest and diligent. Thanks again guys.
HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! – They people here are so incredibly dishonest. They installed my brakes incorrectly and forgot to put essential parts back into my car. I had to go back so many times to try to get them to do the right job, like just making my car run. They are incredibly sloppy mechanics and a big streak of dishonesty. I can't believe they have so many stars and great reviews. Maybe the reviews are for their carwash service. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO HERE. WHY RISK IT
