I had a virtual meeting with Kara, who was above and beyond great! She was very detailed with what to expect during my Invisalign journey and walked me through each step inwould be taking in the next 18 months! She made me feel really comfortable and was kind and enthusiastic for me to have a smile im more confident in! I cannot express enough how much of an amazing employee Kelly is!! Starting out for my appointment i was running 10 minutes late because of an unexpected emergency. But Kelly rejoined the video call and continued with my appointment anyway!! she was such an angel the entire time and gave excellent explanations of my teeth issues, Invisalign history/benefits, two front treatment plans, and multiple financing options.
