UPDATE: After posting a bad review around issues I had w/reimbursement from my FSA, TwoFront reached out right away and fixed the issue. Both Julie and Amber made sure the issue was understood, resolved and that I was happy. Sometimes issues come up, the test is how are they resolved? In my case with TwoFront, they were resolved in 5-star style. All that said, the clinical support has been excellent from the beginning.
