Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I really tried to keep an open mind with this service because I was referred by my PCP and genuinely wanted to make the most of it. At first, I was receiving calls from the office to schedule. Once I finally did, it felt like I was applying for a job. The support team is attentive, helpful, and responsive. The nurse practitioner, Eddie, is also excellent, and I truly wish I could continue working with him. Unfortunately, the doctor(s) were unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of concern for patient care. Requiring a current patient in distress to wait an entire week (or longer) for a scheduled appointment, only to be informed during that appointment that treatment would no longer be provided, is unacceptable and constitutes mistreatment. Beware of Two Chairs and their predictory behavior. The experience I had with this company dug me deeper into depression. Triple check that your insurance will cover their services. After I was referred to Two Chairs by my doctor I had a 45 minute zoom ‘matching’ meeting. Then a fews days later I was informed my health insurance does not cover the therapy.
