Unfortunate shipping error, polite but unapologetic customer service offered to 'fix' the problem for an additional $50 over the $90 already paid. Read the fine print, 'x' day shipping does not really mean it. If you need it by a certain date consider another vendor. Lot's of goodies from this shop that I would like to buy, but will never purchase from them again and could not recommend them.
Had an unfortunate shipping error and Twisted Throttle gave me a free replacement. Fantastic way to change a bad experience to making me a customer for life
Great customer service, friendly knowledgeable. I just bought some side case racks for my Vstrom, they loaned me the tools, set up a table out front of the store put my parts on it and let me install them right there!! I'll be back.
I took a late afternoon ride out today from New Haven Connecticut to Twisted Throttle in Rhode Island. I can't begin to tell you how helpful the salesman was. He couldn't have been more knowledgeable! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the quality of the product and the of the service I received I'll be spending several thousand dollars on outfitting my 13 KLR 650 for a trip to Alaska and Twisted Throttle will get the majority of that money.
