I’ve called Customer Service three times in three months for awkward pieces that have gone missing on my Multistrada. Every time I’ve had awesome service, they’ve taken their time to make sure the part is exactly right before ordering, shipping had always been reasonable if not free. Frankly these are my number 1 go-to guys for Multistrada parts.
My first order, and probably last one, done more then 3 weeks ago. The part was on stock when I ordered it. Early last week I did contact the Twisted Throttle customer service dept and queried about my order. They informed me it was on its way and I should receive it by the end of the week. Not even an excuse for the delay (customer reps' name is Tim, Gear scout). Today still nothing. I can't even seen the status of my order on their website. What a disappointment and poor service. We have upgraded the shipping to overnight and handed the fulfillment ticket to the warehouse manager today to ensure this ships to you immediately. Thank you twisted throttle for all the help. Got my whole Givi top hard case luggage system from you and , eventhough there was a bit of a mishap, everything got resolved quick and I'll have everything in time for my weekend trip ^-^. Shout out to Marisa for helping me from the beginning to the very end . Will definitely be getting more accessories from you guys.
Stopped in yesterday. Wow have things changed. 1 staff member. The variety of gear is way down. The store looks disheveled. I don't know if they are concentrating on the online business or what. It used to be a destination. Not so much anymore. Sad to see.
Looking at spending close to $3K, have sent several emails and even woke up early (I’m in Australia) was on hold for over an hour...at the same time I was logged into the chat support and nothing.....what’s going on ? You’re phone support is shocking.
Great team, great products. Left the store today with sw motech engine guards and panniers for my super tenere. 3 hours and a few beers later , couldn't be happier with the results. Having this location so close to my house could be trouble for me. Thanks twisted throttle for hooking me up, will definitely continue to recommend you to any rider I can. Cheers - Chris
