I had a mixup with my Paypal sending through an old address with my order. Twisted's rep Ian jumped on the problem when I alerted him to it and got the package redirected to my current address. They earned a repeat customer yesterday.
They could respond to emails and update order status.
I've sent 2 emails asking why my order is still in processing status after 2 weeks i've bought online. Still I don't have any answer.

This was my one stop shop when I needed to upgrade my first V-Strom back in 2004. Eric is very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right components I needed. When I bought my next V-Strom I went to them first and they came through again. Visit them online and search for what they have for your bike, you'll be glad you did!
