Bill at the Piedmont location is fabulous, friendly and willing to talk shop. He gave me great advice on fixing up my chinese scooter that he doesn't work on. He was even able to sell me parts! I love this place. I'm saving up for one of his next year. The guy at the Decatur location was rude and called my scooter a piece of Junk when I went in for advice. I will never go back there.
