IT'S OK BUT THE ***** IS THE ***** TEAM, ***** MANAGER, THE *** THE SERVICE MANAGER AND THE PARTS MANAGER.. AS A RESULT, CLIENTS ARE SUBJECTED TO A LOT OF INTERACTION WITH THIS WELL MEANING BUT OVERWIRKED MAN. THE SAME MAN LACKS BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND IS CIONSTANTLY BLAMING AND BELITTLING THE CUSTOMER, i DONT THINK HE WOULD BE THIS WAY IF HE HAD SOMEHEKO
Mr. ******* asked for a quoted price of $7856 for a 2022 Sym 300cc scooter.the issue is that he is a liar and is over charging customers and quoted a $1000 deposit fee.normally for motorcycles and automobiles the deposit is only $500 to reserve a vehicle.I would not recommend this business to anyone!

If you're in the market for a scooter, use a business that specializes in scooters. A business that specializes in motorcycles may sell scooters but only as an afterthought. Go to a professional. Twist N Scoot is just that, professionals. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They will help you decide your best option, no pressure just good advice.
Great customer service and quick with small repairs.
Very friendly, fast, and stress relieving. Punctured my rear tire and I was sick about it. Took my bike to these guys had new tire in an hour. On top of that my bike feels like a totally new bike handles better and more responsive. These guys are the scooter whisperers.
I had a great experience purchasing my Genuine Buddy 125 here. Love my awesome scooter! They made the whole process simple, and went above and beyond on delivery to make sure I got my scooter home. Love this place too. Now I need to convince my husband that he needs one too:)
