Top notch customer service in a beautiful setting with gorgeous jewelry and housewares.
Gifted a pair of earrings that broke after wearing 3 minutes. Owner is very unhelpful and refuses to give us anything but the broken earrings back. Quality of product is poor and overpriced, these were $300 earrings.

Twist is one of the most beautiful jewelry stores I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot!). The collection is carefully selected and there is a nice range of prices. The staff are all friendly and very knowledgeable about the designers behind the jewelry, the jewelry making process, as well as gems.
