Horrible management! Landlord never responds in a timely manner and apartments have bad piping. I've lived at two properties they manage: 1. 11628 Mayfield Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90049 2. 1817 Pelham Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90025 Neighbors are very nosy and snitch, landlord never replies, and will terminate your lease on very short notice. I do not recommend anyone luve in any of the buildings they manage. I would rate 0 stars if I could.
