We have had a lot of issues with one neighbor that goes back over two years. With past and current management we have sent over 30 emails/ letters expressing our issues, even the fact he threatened to kill me and my wife. He ignores all of the “rules” of the park, has somehow partnered with the neighbors around us to also harass us and is a known drug dealer. What I would really like to know is.... There has been so many things complained about this so called excuse of a man and there is not one lawyer out there that out of the kindness of his heart take on this man. There are several senior people that live in here and young ones that can not afford a lawyer. I have heard that this park was once the best park to live in. apparently mr baca is stealing money out of peoples checking accounts so if you pay by rent best check your accounts several charges have been filed against this man as of 2-10-2015
Management is incompetent .. They harass their tenants, try to add charges that are illegal, I.e. Extra charges for water when each trailer has no individual meter. Very unkept.. Lots of false allocations against trailer owners. High turnover in mgmt.. Stay away if you are looking for a peaceful place to reside!!!!!!
Twinwall feels they can do whatever they want with no regard for the law. If you buy one of their "rehabbed" make sure you have it thoroughly inspected by someone you trust.
