Twin Star has been my banking institution for many many moons. When I bought my first car from a dealership two years ago they were so helpful and patient walking me through the steps, and getting the loose ends taken care of when the dealership didn't send them the documents. I've always had good interactions with the staff and never really had any problems with the app. My only sadness was when they stopped doing shared branching with the banks near me (currently in So Cal). How do you charge a “foreign draft negotiation fee” on a Canadian check issued in “US FUNDS?” If your bankers can’t figure it out, maybe offer them proper training. We are in Washington after all. Educate your employees.
