The entire staff is amazing, always caring and understanding, truly love and have a passion for helping pets and their customers. The facility is always clean, never smells like a hospital or kennel. My old Lab never liked going to the vets and I had to nearly drag her in, she never hesitated or shyed away from entering or any or the staff. I started coming here in 2007 and will continue bringing my pets here for vet care and lodging. My pup I have now loves greeting the staff and she doesn't hesitate to go with the staff. The staff at Twinsburg Vet are wonderful especially Dr. Stacy! We recently had to put our dog down after 11 years, but Dr. Stacy gave him the best life after his cancer diagnosis. Thank you all for the thoughtful condolence card. It meant a lot to my family and myself. Lindsay Wright (Duke's mom)
this place is absolutely fantastic. from the front desk personnel to the nurses to the terrific doctors, everyone is helpful, friendly and passionate. I will never go elsewhere; they are the absolute best.
