I highly recommend Twinsburg Veterinary Hospital! My sweet boy Ollie became really sick last week and they got him right in. He ended up staying for 3 days. The level of care they provide not only for the fur babies but the parents as well. They never rush you and allow you plenty of time. I wish Veterinary Clinics would Hire Vets Who Are more interested in Pets Health Than Money!!!
The times I was there, the staff were very unfriendly and impatient with me. No consideration for me or my pet. When I asked questions, they rushed me and wouldn’t be clear with they’re response. They would just beat around the bush. Once they tech vet wouldn’t even let go of my leash, which really concerns and creeps me out. I had to actually take it from her. There was only one vet tech who really cared deeply about the pets and their parents and was considerate and polite. Everyone else was rude, impatient, and impolite. ... read more
Our 70lb pit/mastiff started having seizures and we didn’t have an established vet in the area. They were so accommodating and were able to get our furry friend in within hours. We will absolutely continue to use this facility and thank you so much for helping us with our very loved family dog!

Fantastic. So impressed at how fast they were assessing my cat’s issue. Did an ultrasound, gave him an antibiotic shot and pain meds, suggested supplements and special food. Completely reasonable cost too. Will def go back again.
