We found a 2018 Jeep Wrangler online at Twins Auto Sales, roughly 240 miles from our residence. We contacted the dealership to confirm that the vehicle was, in fact, still available. We were informed by salesperson Dave it was and they were able to hold it with a $500 deposit on a credit card. I think this place is a horrible place for a new person looking to establish credit. They sold me a car that started to overheat the next month. I lost my job because every month my car was in the shop. They claim they fixed fuse box 2 radiators, thermostat, head gasket all in a years time...I cried couldn't sleep was stress about work until my warranty was up then they said there is nothing they can do. Sell you lemon cars they do minor work and sell there vehicles they tell you that they will fix it and they send it to a different mechanic that made it worse

Just purchased my first car at this business and to say they treated me like family is the least! Was referred here by a friend who knew the owner- boy was that a mistake. I should have known not to do business with Twins as soon as I walked in the door to this place- dirty, and seedy just like their business in general. Heard two salesman trying to talk folks in to 20%+ interest rates the moment I walked in- talk about ruining lives... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Twins auto sale will guarantee you leave satisfied, but that's a lie. I got taken advantage of. I was rushed into buying the car, they have you sign papers and leave. I have been unsatisfied with the car and the way I have been treated since I bought the vehicle in September. I have been calling back to back asking for help for 4 months straight, but I am no longer a priority to them, once the car is out of their lot they no longer put effort in dealing with you.
