Twins auto sold me a re-tag car i really thought they did good business until i found out my 2020 ***** Malibu was re-tagged in the real owners has been trying to steal the car back shady and now i want to let everyone know please check your cars coming from twin auto dealerships.

We have no one with that last name in our system. Since thats the only way of tracking the vehicle that he is referring to, I do not know how we can be of any other help. We would be happy to look into this further if I had more information on the vehicle.Furthermore, we do not purchase stolen vehicles!!!!
They keep your down payment, if you decide so see better deals elsewhere. There not professional. Money hungry WOULD not recommend them at all??

<p>We special ordered ************* a vehicle per her request, even though it was above what we would have paid for this type of vehicle. She did put a ******* deposit down to order the vehicle. We purchased it and had to have it delivered to our dealership, it was purchased out of state. When we contacted her and let her know her vehicle was here, she decided at that time she no longer wanted the vehicle. She understood the deposit was non refundable when we ordered the unit for her.</p>
They cars are lemons . I had a fusion from them not even 4-5 months trans acted like it wanted to go. Went up there *** & *** (the twins) make snarky rude responses and did nothing to help. Very questionable business done here.
Scam me out of $22,000 for 2020 Jaguar F pace thats a lemon talk to Jaguar dealership only to find out this car has been an accident not even three months later this car broke down!!! I purchased this vehicle April 2021 I asked for help from them months later and they didnt help me at all!!! I have proof and I will be taking them to court!!!
November, 14, 2023 Twins Auto Sales the ********************************* managers knownly & willfully sold my son a "Lemon" SUV in August 2023. This vehicle has a failing transmission & inoperable front windshield wiper motor. This vehicle is a "Hazard". Despite purchasing an extend warranty you have failed to repair the hazardous conditions of the vehicle, which could cause our son to have a accident. An employee of this specific location scammed my friends out of $1,500. Do not trust them with your information if they are comfortable having a literal thief working there. Not worth the risk.

Don't shop for a vehicle here. You will regret it. I now pay a higher payment for my vehicle every month for the remaining balance because they led me to believe parts were covered when they clearly left out the copy of page 2 of my service contract which had included all of the exclusions from coverage. If I had seen it in the first place , I wouldn't have bought the contract. There is no way they didn't know it was missing in the stapled service contract copy they gave me. This dealership provided excellent customer service. They assisted on the best SUV that would be custom for my lifestyle I purchased a ********** atlas the price was fair and the process of purchase was one hour and 30 minutes. Also the finance manager *** negotiated the best rates from the bank he countered their offer and got me a lower interest rate I really do appreciate the work these guys have done
Purchased a vehicle that came with a warranty tried to use warranty but couldnt due to the fact they lied in the warranty contract they sold me ended up paying for rental and shop fees out of pocket they didnt want to reimburse me after admitting they screwed the contract up
