Going to warn you now … This place is veryyyyy expensive! I paid almost $100 for just a manicure and pedicure and it wasn’t even done very nice. Not to mention it also took almost 4 hours !!!! Also they only take cash …. Every single thing is a fee … cut your toenails ? A fee … regular nail polish … a fee … which is insane. Update - I gave them another shot but this time with long nails .. they broke after 2 days !!! I went back got it fixed and it broke the next day
Worse experience ever. I went to get birthday nails. I showed the design to the nail tech and she told me she would be able to do it. The Taurus symbol is lopsided, the stars were also suppose to be chrome. I even told her we could add tips and she told me no, that my nails were long enough. Towards the end when she could not figure out how to get the stars to be chrome, another client walked in and left after she saw both techs busy, she got up to chase after the lady to tell her we were almost done. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. The owner is rude, and blames you for the horrible job she did. I advise never to go to this salon. You can’t even get a word in to explain why the nails were wrong. She is always very rushed and sloppy.
Great customer service!!!!! Above and beyond !!!! After she did my nails she gave me a little free back massage while my nails dried , it Was honestly the best nail salon experience I ever had. I will be coming back again and again
