Communication between staff is poor at best. I am told one thing and then another. They give blanket information regarding insurance; not specific to the individual. I had to call my insurance to clarify what Twin Ports was talking about which turned out to be incorrect. Five minutes after I was told I had an appointment, they transferred me to a person who said there was no such opening. Too much trouble for something so simple.
