I been with them for over 19 years now I cannot trust in someone else to take care of my children my little one is almost 6 so we still have so many years to come they’re not just a great doctors they also care about your Kids’s wellness so yes I really recommend them 💯
I have used Twin Pediatrics for over 27 years. my grandchildren and great grandchildren are patients. Ludwig and Yves Dumaplin are compassionate and very knowledgeable in treating children.
My family has been patients for 15 years the last year these guy really have drooped the ball staff has no clue on customer service ive been playing phone tag with billing who billed for services they didnt or possibly couldnt do because they dont have that equipment and the referrals person whom states that over a month ago when i saw the provider he never made a note on both my children who i requested referrals for and that was the reason for the appt because i couldnt just ask for 1 over the phone ive played phone tag wi... read more
Dirty waiting room, long wait times and the doctor was rude and spent less than 5 minutes in the room for TWO appointments!
Both of them and staff are Amazing
