I’ve never had a bartender in any restaurant in my entire life be so disrespectful to myself and guests as Annie in Lakeland. She is spreading personal misinformation to her coworkers and to her regulars. I will never return to that restaurant as long as she works there and I will spread the word around Lakeland
I went in Twin Peaks Belt Line Rd yesterday and everyone at the bar was complaining how lazy and bad the bartenders are. The Mexican manager acted like it was okay to have bad service there. He was right there behind the bar not even asking the ladies to attend to customers. What a bad example he was. The below reviews all describe what Twin Peaks at this location is about. I will send an email to their corporate headquarters to suggest closing this restaurant or overhaul it completely including new staff. Some venues across the country are still ok-ish but this chain has gone down dramatically without any quality control from kitchen staff (chef is not the appropriate title for this food) ,waitresses till managers.
