Had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. And there were only 25 people in the restaurant.
Very slow service we have been here over an hour and still no food!
We went there last week just to have a drink and see the restaurant. We were seated right away but it took 15 minutes before we even seen our waitress. We ordered our drinks and those also took about 15 minutes to get. When we got them they were made so strong I couldn't even drink it. And to top it off we had a small colony of ants on our tabke. First time here...Bad service , slow, girls are all over the place , no idea what they're doing. Menu is very limited. Not many choices. I ordered BBQ pull pork nachos, with pico de gallo .... It had pickles , no where in menu said that. Fries arrived cold! Won't be returning. Manager did good by letting us re-order a new sandwich. But all together, very disappointed.
I have never been to a restaurant that has rude management like twin peaks Montgomery. She embarrassed me when I told her the two BIG issues we had with our food and she was completely rude about it. Never going back.
Was very excited to go, got there and received terrible service and bad attitudes. Orders came out wrong, and they did nothing to help out, actually acted like it wasn't their fault.
I was excited about going, but when I got there and they said I had an 1hr 30 min wait. ...... And then they girl took my number said she'll text when a table was available...I'm still waiting for that text, Smdh
My fiancee and I were there tonight. We were seated, waited fifteen minutes, and no one came to take our drink order. The waitress walked past our table multiple times and made no effort to wait on us.
The manager is a sexist pig. Never in my life have I met someone so demeaning and rude. It's a shame that such a new restaurant that is located in a highly competitive environment has a manager that would rather be demeaning and argumentative with customers rather than be open to suggestions. What began with a simple question resulted in the loss of several customers from ever returning to this business again.
