First of all I thought the food and general service was good. My check was 65 and some change, I gave her what I thought was 80. I was leaving and the girl at the counter asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes. My waitress then comes to me and said there was only 60. I immediately apologized for the error but I sure thought I gave her 80. We got in the car and pulled off. Most horrible place I have ever been too!!! Worst customer service. Cancelled order and left. They didn't deserve my hard earned money.

Service was terrible!! Took forever to get noticed being there. Appetizer came out cold then had to wait 30 more mins to order our food because out waitress was nowhere to be found again. Terrible service and place is def heading down hill.... I give it less than 6 months left in Montgomery, Al before it closes.... just my opinion
Ive been back several times after their Grand Opening and I can say that the staff at Twin Peaks is AMAZING! THEIR managers, bartenders, waitresses, bar backs and cooks ALL rock! A VERY friendly place to enjoy your time. My new fav place....and YES, I come here for the food, beer and amazing staff!

The girls are dressed like trash, I would never take my 2 boys there. The food maybe great but I wouldn't go because their no better than hooters, straight trash to look at while your eating- no thanks!
Last night was my very first time their and I had wonderful time celebrating one of my best friends birthday.
The beer is very cold, the food is undesirable, guess my opinion may be influenced by the case of food poisoning I am expericing after eating there yesterday PM. The hamburgers are not special, ordered them because who can screw up a hamburger, well I found a restaurant that can. Giving two stars for the really cold beer.
This was the worst experience I ever had. Not only did it take over an hour but when the food came out it was inedible. Being in this industry, this place is an embarrassment to what I do for a living. No wonder people look down on the food industry. This place sucks.
