Awesome service and great beer and food!! Jackie was awesome as was the manager Alice.
The food was awesome, but the service was horrible, we waited a good 20 minutes before someone came to get our drink order, then almost 45 minutes to get our food, there was hardly nobody there, so y'all weren't busy. The couple next to us got up and left as well, because nobody ever came to even get their drink order. We saw the waitresses in a little room just standing around 2 of them playing on their phones.
Taneka is the epidimity of flawless bartending and service. Extreme attention to detail as small as noticing I was only using my sour cream for my quesadilla and asking if I'd like more. Secondly, when the place is slow, even the best of servers are forgetful because they arent in high gear mentally. This is not a factor for Taneka. I'm sitting here right now and honestly upset with the service and pretty ticked off about one of the employees kids. Half way through my friend and my visit, our server tells us she was cut so she would send the new server over. We liked her, but oh well. The new girl comes over (Jessica? Blonde and pretty) to say hi. Comes to give us our food. She's asks if we need anything: ketchup. It took her almost 10 minutes to bring a bottle of ketchup. The food was really good -- the girls set in a booth on their computers - and the service - like reorders on beer was horrible- had to go to the bar to get beers to take back to our table - the waitresses that walk by wouldn't make eye contact so we could reorder
What a great place to eat, Great service. The staff was on it and made sure that we were taken care of.
Julia (I think) was great! Good advice on the food and drinks. I went with the blackened chicken and fried shrimp combo with sweet potato fries. It was so good! The cocktail sauce was a little spicy but I needed it since getting over a cold. The music was jumping which made it more fun!
My first time dining at Twin Peaks, and I truly enjoyed the food, drinks, and of course, the professionalism server(Alaina) projected!
