My truck got broke in while we where eatin told the girl at front desk she told manager he said he didn’t have time to come talk to us we where there for over a hour with the police he never came out keep saying he was busy even when the police officer went in
Stopped to eat while traveling. We were in the restaurant 48 minutes. During that time someone broke the window out of my husband's truck and stole all of our belongings. The manager of the restaurant did not even bother to come out. I asked them to get the manager and call the police. The manager said he was to busy and couldn't come out and that we had to call the police ourselves. How sorry is that. First time we had ever been to a twin peak. That was a terrible way for a manager to show his ability and professionalism.
I highly recommend Alexandria as a waistress she has very good customer service and she has a great personality would love to come again
Came into Twin Peaks earlier around lunch , had a beer & wings ... atmosphere was ok... I had a menu question that my waitress couldn’t answer however I don’t remember her name... she said she’d get the General Manager by the name of “Robert” to help.. when he approached the table he was very rude & seemed as though he didn’t want to be bothered ... he made me feel very uncomfortable.. so I just went ahead and asked for my check and left .. won’t be coming back THANKS “ROBERT”
I got here a little after 1 o’clock , I was told happy hour didn’t start until 2 so I didn’t mind waiting ... I got a booth over in the corner .. my waitress was very sweet & kind .... however I didn’t care for how the General Manager was addressing the young lady’s who work there ... I believe his name was Robert. He was very vulgar, rude & nasty ! I am woman .. so I care about how men speak to us ... but the things Robert were saying were unbelievable & unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate on the matter.
Had an amazing time at twin peaks With Anna as my waitress. She did a very good at keep my glass full 10/10 recommend
Was In town visiting from out of state , I heard this was the place for the coldest beer so I thought I’d give it a try. Waitress was awesome can’t remember her name but management SUCKS! I over heard a conversation he was having with a young lady & boy was I Pissed! He has no respect for the women that work there & the way he talks to them is totally unacceptable & disrespectful... I made sure I got his name ... he goes by “Robert” I would never let someone talk to my daughter the way he did those young lady’s, won’t be bac... read more
