We waited over an hour for our food, which was cold. My salad was warmer than my soup. The service was slow, we didn't see our waitress until the majority of the restaurant had cleared out.
I went with my dad and my son to go celebrate my dad's birthday and I ordered three meals which was the veggie burger to kids sliders and the super double nachos I specifically asked for no jalapenos because they messed up the order every single time so guess what the nachos came out with jalapenos and that was 30 minutes waiting we waited another 30 minutes to not get my son's food I'm beyond disappointed in the service my waitress was really nice and I know it's not her fault but don't tell me that it's busy that's not an ... read more
Food was cold to the touch, appetizer didn't come out until asked for after the main food came out which was put in before the meal. The only reason we asked for the appetizers was because they took our main meal back and it took an additional 40 mins to get it back. I will give it to the manager he did comp the meals but error after error. Last time we visited same thing, happened, food cold. Restaurants can have off days but two visits �.
