My husband and a co worker went to this location on 2/14, after everything is said and done the waitress Shalyn changed the amount of the tip on both their receipts!!!!!! I originally called and spoke with the manager Miguel but I guess he didn’t care because I never hear anything again from him...I then called yesterday and got the general manager (sorry forgot her name), she actually cared. Nice place except don’t go the day before Valentine’s Day
Never have I seen service this slow in my life! I came with 3 coworkers for burgers. The place was not packed at all! Table who got seated after us got waited on first. We ordered at 12:05p.m. Half hour later they said they food would be right out. An hour later the waiter comes by and says it is coming and we told the waitress to box it up, because we had to go back to work. She brings us the tickets to pay out before she brought the food!
