Waited an hour before a waiter came to take our order. When we got our food it was cold had to send it back to have it heated up
Always the best place to get a cold beer or a Guinness
Overall bad service and managed poorly, manager did not know how to handle situation of large party and said he "does not care" please don't show up to work if you are not going to give good customer service because that is the business you are in! Very bad experience and have no intention of going back.
We went there on a Sunday and we were in a group of 15 people and the service was HORRIBLE! Nobody served us drinks or food for more than an hour and when we spoke to one of the servers she was VERY RUDE so we asked to speak with the manager and he was even more rude... Told us he couldn't do anything to help us because he was short on servers and that we were going to wait. We're never coming back here (buck head location) the Twin peaks location on barret pkwy is 10x BETTER and their service is PERFECT!
We went there last night and we had a very bad service 0 stars for twin peaks We never come back
I had a great time up until the Falcons lost. The food and custom service was excellent. A big shout out to our server Courtney for taking care of all seven of us.
The food was great. And the service was excellent.
Fun atmosphere and great food! A+++++ loved the cheese bites and fried dill pickle appetizers! Great philly to!
Very pleasant staff. Very good food . Excellent company ( Nick and Chass)!!!!!!!
