RecommendedFirst time here but would definitely come back when we visit Atlanta. Alieya was the best food server that we had our entire stay in Atlanta. Cute, friendly., attentive and knew the menu. She offered suggestions as to what to order and was spot on!!!! our glasses were full and so were our bellies! The manager was also very accommodating. We came to wstch the Raven's game and he made sure it was on. Thank you Twin Peaks for a great time ❤
This was my first time ordering/eating at Twin Peaks and I can say I'll never do it again... and I don't even have my food yet. The customer service at the Buckhead location is absolutely ridiculous! I was on hold for nearly 25 min and when asked to speak to a manager I was given attitude by the server and I'm pretty sure she gave the phone to bar customer due to the fact that he didn't do anything but get my number when I was trying to catch the kitchen to correct an Uber eats issue before y'all wasted the food cost.
