Steve at Twin Oaks is the most atrocious customer service representative! He first delayed responding to my request for a landscaping quote and then after I followed up due to no response, he lashed out at me verbally about them being a commercial landscaper not a residential one and became very hostile. So I texted him after the phone call to tell him that I thought his customer service was very atrocious. He replied by threatening me with contacting the police accusing me to harassing him! Twin Oaks was hired this year to cut our subdivision and in my 18 years living here it is never been worse. this is a picture of my backyard only half cut. every week I have to go out and do the trimming myself it's just ridiculous!!
RecommendedRiding down 88 with one of your trucks spewing debris all over the road. Not good.
For weeks now our association has been calling and asking you people to live up to your contract and mow our common areas. And yet you continue to fail. We've got 2+ foot tall grass at this point. Ridiculous.
