I almost escaped from this complex. The leasing office is the worst ever. They nearly do nothing. Dropped maintenance orders often and never intervened with people destroying trees, lawns, and bushes to grow vegetables and perfectly block their neighbor's main window with their vegetable vines. Some so many tenants are living with many more numbers than the policies.
