Good Apartment and perfect service.
If you're one day late on rent you get an eviction notice on your door. And then an extra 85$ to make it go away. If you're too late to pay and don't want to get evicted it's $500 extra. EXTRA. Wtf
REALLY REALLY BAD APARTMENTS. EVERY SINGLE MORNING, AT 7AM, GARBAGE TRUCKS COME HERE AND MAKE SOME MUCH NOISE THAT IT WILL WAKE YOU UP INSTANTLY. THEY LEAVE FILTHY TRASH UNDER YOUR BALCONY, WHERE THE SMELL WOULD ENTER IF THE BALCONY WAS OPEN.
Nice place to live but worest management & very rude to deal with after sign up.. Real Suckers & Cheaters.. Mgt try all possible ways to make money out of every situation.. Horrible people to deal with..No exceptions considered and play all possible tricks to charge extra fee & fines..
