RecommendedMoved here in February 2020 and we have nothing but good things to say about our apartment, the maintenance and the office staff. Warm and friendly staff, very responsive maintenance and beautiful surroundings now that spring is starting to blossom. Love my new built in desk in the kitchen so I can work from home comfortably. Kitchen is huge and has reminded me that I like to cook. We are so happy to be living here ❤️
They googled my name after the seen I made three times the rent great credit score and no eviction they told me I was a felon and had numerous felonies when I have a foid card and a fire arm in the state of Illinois...so me having a felony is impossible ... the truth of the matter is I’m young BLACK AND MAKE MORE THAN THE MANAGER if your of any color they will let you apply and deny you for your juvenile record SO BECAREFUL APPLYING WITH THEM

Excellent service ... always making sure my stay is comfortable and convenient ...
I really hated it. They just don't care for residents, the only thing needed is money. They ruined my party today @ the leasing center gathering center and never bothered to help or attend to urgent request. Stay at ur own risk. Claims are tall, courtesy is nil while cost is the highest.
I have lived here 2 different times in 3 different apartments and the service has been great. The apartment homes are located near shopping and good resturants. Downtown Westmont and Downtown Downers Grove are close by. Maintenance is responsive to your needs and they have a good office staff. I would recommend this apartment to my closes friends.
