This is ridiculous, I walked out of my building and they didn't salt or shovel the stairs and I took pictures to prove it!!! Completely iced, and they didn't even take care of the parking lot very well!!! I couldn't even walk the path around the pond because it wasn't cleared off!! We pay so much money for it to be like this!!!!

Every time we have put in a service request, it has been answered in a timely fashion. Neighbors are nice, friendly people. Nice benefit having the workout room accessible at all hours. Also, the staff has been very helpful whenever we have had a request. Only downside so far is that our dishwasher goes in and out at times, and often does not get dishes completely clean...thinking maybe water is not hot enough or something. Other than that, we have enjoyed living here, and plan on sticking around as long as we can.
