The service here is outstanding. All of the jewelers and staff are overly friendly. They’re not just in it to take your money. You can tell they actually care. The service is great again I’m highly satisfied with all my purchases from twin jewelry. out of all the jewelry stores on fifth Street I highly recommend twin jewelry.

I once thought it was a great place to goto but now I see not so much their son on the other hand was very helpful and professional he repaired an important bracelet iv had since I was very young a while back which is why i gave them a great review and put up photos to help the business but I went in today to get a repair done to that same bracelet the father quickly turned me down saying there's nothing he could do he was not even willing to try even tho I was willing to over pay for something so simple.

Don’t shop here any more no honor or quality. Over the years the Lady & her husband or brother has become extremely greedy. So much they do not care about quality of gold they put out overpriced. I bought 2 piece on the same day that within a year broke. I should have known better when the earring broke before leaving the store so much she had to replace them on the spot.
