They are the nicest people...we are very lucky to have them here in Rockport..
This place is very miss manage or something , Dr did no test and have me wrong medicine even for his diagnosis , unless you have broken bones or need stit he's , you know, something that cannot wait until you can get to a real hospital , avoid this place , people are friendly , but that is not what I am looking for in medical care , knowledgeable medical staff is more important , and before anyone says I was just there on a bad day , I was the only patient in the place , with walking pneumonia , was diagnosed with allergies ... read more
Have been there once for myself, and took someone else once. Would defiantly go again if needed. Great service from an informed, professional group of people.
Been there twice since they opened. The people with complaints must have been there on a really bad day. I came in with the flu about two years apart and each time, I said I'd never go anywhere else. They actually "cared" for me and about me. Oh Wait I see what they're doing-trying to scare everyone off so they can have you to themselves...well played.
Waited 3 plus hours to Dr. Brown. He was rude and unprofessional! I am from out of state and wanted him to refer me to a Dr. He told me I should have stayed home to get care! Also, I asked what I should take for pain and his reply was "I am not giving you narcotics." He would not refer me. He would not look at my MRI that I had with me. Would not recommend this doctor.
I have been there 4 time in the last year and every time it been a great experience all the doctors and staff are alway so helpful and fast!!! Ty to all the staff!!!! Lizzie Tyler
This facility sucks! Staff were nice is the only reason they got one star. Saw no doctor or PA after almost 3 hours of sitting there in extreme pain. Then they were rude to me because I left. I was not gonna wait there any longer. They are slow and unprofessional. All I saw them doing was sitting on their bums, drinking coffee and shooting the "bull". That is no way to treat patients nor run a clinic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS URGENT CARE CENTER!
I do not like this place. I went, they charged me $40.00 plus billed my insurance for $350.00 only had an upper respiratory infection. No xrays, shots, nothing and had to wait for 3 hours to see a doctor!!! They are still sending me a bill for $32.00 when I should be refunded $8.00 according to my insurance.
