To this day after having permanently moved to Fulton and even using them on one of our vacation trips before I can't understand the single star ratings, all the people in that office are polite and attentive, when we went Monday they were overwhelmed for awhile, the person in front of us could not be treated there and they didn't turn him away, they gave him all the info he needed to get the right treatment and even made lapsed copies for him, we went in at 8:05am and were out and going to get my son's meds at 9:30am, very m... read more
After a decent wait time, was fixed up quickly & on the road to recovery! Very nice, considerate staff. Will be back again.
I fell on both my ankles and after 8 days still swollen and painful so i needed xrays of my rt foot to see if i had broken bones in my foot. I was told they have no xray dept and would not be able to put cast on if broken. With this being the only urgent care in Rockport this is unacceptable!

Had An Appointment Yesterday And The Doctor Is Such A Quack...Hurt My Back Job Injury...Can't Bend..Squat..Stand...Twist Or Kneel Without Any Pain...Has Me On Pain Meds And Muscle Relaxers Because I Need Them...But Insists I Can Do My Job 100%...Took X-Rays Of My Back Never Showed Me Results...Never Has My Chart To Show Me Anything!!! I Asked Him Why My Back Still Hurts And He Tells Me...I DON'T KNOW!!! I Thought It Was Illegal For IDIOTS To Be In The Medical Field!!! Guess I Was Wrong!!!
The doctor talked to me for less than 5 minutes and then sent me to a hospital to get blood test and CT scan. With such a fancy facility you would think they would do at least blood exams there. Charged me $300 for less than 5 minutes of their time.
I WENT TO ROCKPORT URGENT CARE CENTER ON 4-15-2016. STARTING WITH THE FRONT STAFF STEVE, NURSE KAREN HEATHE, AND DR. NGUYEN EVERY ONE WAS GREAT. i HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE THERE. ROCKPORT IS LUCKY TO HAVE ROCKPORT URGENT CARE CENTER.
I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice and courteous. Doctor was very knowledgable.
