I love going to the dentist! I thought I'd never say that after awful experiences when I was younger with a different dentist. I love Betty, Ann, and the entire staff at Horstmann's office! They make me feel like family!
For someone who absolutely has hated going to the dentist as an adult, the great women of Dr. Horstmann's dental practice have made my semi-annual check-ups a comfortable experience, even without nitrous oxide. Raymie, Mary, Ann and Dr. Horstmann have provided exceptional care through routine exams, crowns and follow up care for two tooth extractions by an oral surgeon, including the final install of an implant crown. Every person with whom I've dealt has been compassionate and professional.
Great service. The dentist greeted me herself before the exam. She was very knowledgable and explained what she was going to evaluate. After the exam we discussed options on ongoing care. She was friendly and I felt completely confident in her expertise. Thank you Dr Betty
