My visit with Dr. Horstmann and her staff was an excellent experience. Everyone was very gracious from the minute I arrived. All my questions were answered. Dr. Horstmann took the time to talk to me about a proposed dental plan. I could tell that she really cares about her patients (as does her staff). I look forward to future appointments with Dr. Horstmann.
Betty and her staff are the best, they make you feel like your their only client, everyone is always cheerful and polite no matter what, thanks girls, great job!

My daughters and went for our 6 month cleanings with Dr. Horstmann. It is always a pleasant experience. We are always welcomed like family. Dr. Horstmann and her staff are the best in KC, not only professional and excellent dental care but so personable. As far as I'm concerned she's the only dentist in KC!
I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a new dentist! At my first appointment I was treated as if I had been a long time patient. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist made the experience extremely painless and comfortable! They really know how to make you feel welcome.
My dental visit experiences have always been great from the start and nothing has changed. they know you by name when you enter. They are very thorough, clean, professional, personable which are all important to me. It is a very comfortable experience. .
Could really use better music.
I have been a customer of Betty Horstmann for almost 20 years. she runs a top notch dental practice. The staff is always kind and friendly. The dental hygienist are great, they take their time and do great work. We are moving and will miss the care that Betty and her staff provide.
