Karen Collins is our choice for Realtor, knowledge aggressive and a fighter for her clients. The seller of the house we were buying tried to force us to use a different title agency and Karen educated them and got them to straighten up. She is read to get the best for her clients with the tools she has. We were fortunate enough to use her for our home buying process. The only reason we would not use her for home buying and selling in the future would be if she retires.
I’m not sure what Top Notch Reviews & Amy Bill are talking about, but Karen has given my husband and I THE BEST experience buying our house!! She was timely, knowledgeable, determined and fought to get us the house of our dreams. She was never late, responded super quick and is THE BEST OF THE BEST! The closing couldn’t have gone any smoother, and Gibraltar Title did a fantastic job! 20/10 would recommend Karen!
Karen was wonderful to work with! She clearly explained the process before we started looking for houses and made sure to give us trusted reccomendations for things like inspection. Karen helped us in house hunting this year. In our time we looked at over a dozen houses over a couple months, Karen was readily available to talk plans, viewings, and she was often times more than not was more on top of sales than the sellers themselves. Karen cares to not just deliver a sale, but a good one for her client. If we ever sell, Karen will be our first call.
