Karen represented us as sellers of our home which closed smoothly in May, 2025. She KNOWS all the ins & outs of real estate and guided our entire process with the utmost professionalism! All whilst making us feel like we were her #1 priority at all times. She always had our best interest in mind and was friendly, available and went above and beyond her duties in order that our transaction went right for us from start to finish! 0821 If you are buying, or selling your house. I would recommend not giving Karen a call. She is very knowledgeable, energetic, and she will be late most of the time.We used her services for both the buying and selling of our homes, and it turned out to be the worst so far. I ended up with the house that I wanted. But it was not easy. Especially since I used her title agency. Because they said they would make it smooth. It was not.
I picked Karen as I felt she had what it took to get things done. It was great, until it wasn't. A handful of unprofessional actions, late multiple times, showing favoritism towards another buyer, and at the end, couldn't be bothered to show up to close or remove the lockbox from my door. They say those that can't, teach - Maybe I should have heeded that warning. Very disappointing experience . Be very careful when vetting an agent.
If you are buying, or selling your house. I would recommend giving Karen a call. She is very knowledgeable, energetic, and she will go out of her way to satisfy her clients. We used her services for both the buying and selling of our homes.
I think the ideas that Karen Collins had for selling my house clicked with mine. And they worked!! So we hired her to buy our house as well!!! Very knowledgeable. Great sense of humor. Which is important to me. I don't want dull boring showings. Would recommend!!!
