Very rude and combative over the phone when discussing matters of importance. I had to stop and ask why the lady was being so rude and standoff, then "tried" to transfer me to the office manager stating she didn't want to be on the phone anymore? She was extremely hostile and unhelpful aside from giving fax numbers. I don't appreciate being treated like dirt when I am speaking very monotone. We just moved to the area and my son had his 1 year checkup today. Dr. Forrest was wonderful, she took time to answer all my questions and was compassionate.

My children see doctor Margarete Hoyle she is a great doctor my children and I feels so good having her as their doctor she is very professional but at the same time caring and listening to to the different needs of each one of my children I have a 19 year old that has been coming to here from age 1 and still attending here we would not change to a different provider highly recommend them and also the nurses, receptionist are so friendly this whole place is just great.
