Amazing service! We just bought a new car and Roy was so helpful. We had an appraisal and paperwork on his much it would cost in 10 minutes, maybe less. He was absolutely willing to work with us and showed us 3 different cars despite them about to close. He stayed with us through the whole process and seemed like he was genuinely trying to help. Visit this dealership!!
Terrible experience with the Honda Service department! They ordered the wrong part and then lied about how much a part would cost and kept me waiting for an hour and a half after my appointment! They never appologized for wasting my time. I won't buy a car or get service there ever again.
I had the best salesman there is. Roy made my car buying experience easy. I made a phone call told him what I wanted. He called me back and the deal happened. He went out of his way to make it very easy for me. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from Twin City.
This past Saturday my husband and I bought a new (to us) car from Twin City Honda. I cannot say enough about how positive our experience was there. This was our first time to buy a car and they made the process pain-free and easy! We did not feel pressured to raise our budget or uncomfortable at any time. Kevin Lee from the used car department helped us and I would definitely recommend using him to purchase your next car!
