I had to get my Civic checked out. I was there for two hours to get a key and remote made/program. They said that they washed it, which they did not do. Went to use the remote it locked the doors but did not unlock them. Went back to them to fix it and they said it was the lock in the door. Well I asked them for the money back for the remote and they said no. I will never go back there.
They have no loyalty to their staff, imagine how they view their customers...Stop by if you want to get screwed over!
Had an appointment for an oil change. Great service was in and out in no time. My service person is assume, thank you.

Amazing service! We just bought a new car and Roy was so helpful. We had an appraisal and paperwork on his much it would cost in 10 minutes, maybe less. He was absolutely willing to work with us and showed us 3 different cars despite them about to close. He stayed with us through the whole process and seemed like he was genuinely trying to help. Visit this dealership!!
Terrible experience with the Honda Service department! They ordered the wrong part and then lied about how much a part would cost and kept me waiting for an hour and a half after my appointment! They never appologized for wasting my time. I won't buy a car or get service there ever again.
