I highly recommend Mr. Sullivan. He went above and beyond to inspect and check and inspect the property. He even took a time to talk with my husband and I. very polite and caring. If you want the most out of your property I highly recommend him.
Mr. Sullivan was very thorough and professional. I really appreciated his honesty and very detailed report. He saved us from making a bad purchase by being so thorough. Mr. Sullivan inspected a home for my husband and I this past weekend that we are considering purchasing. He was able to get us in quickly and very informative regarding the process and what to expect. He began his inspection around 0730 and completed it at 1245. He was very thorough and detailed. Jackie is so thorough and will take his time to make sure every inch of your future home is checked and inspected. We knew of his services before we started our own home search, and when the time came I knew we wouldn’t call anyone else! Our contract didn’t even require an inspection, but we wanted to call him anyway since he does such a great job. We called and he came the next day, and had the inspection sent to our emails the same afternoon. This is who you need to inspect your house when you’re buying! Thanks Jackie!

Mr. Sullivan went above and beyond our expectations for our home inspection! He was able to promptly get our inspection scheduled, and he spent half of the day going over every square inch of the property with a fine toothed comb.
