RecommendedJackie exceeded all of my expectations! The report was extremely thorough, and included detailed pictures and explanations. I received the report the night the inspection was completed. He followed up with a phone call to review the findings with me and to answer questions. He was very helpful and his customer service was amazing.

Jackie was awesome! We’ve had other home inspections in Texarkana, but nobody we’ve used is as thorough, as affordable, or as friendly as Jackie was for us yesterday. Jackie was at this house (1990 sq ft) for 6 hours! We got our report just a couple hours after we left. The report is super easy to read, very thorough, and comprehensive. Jackie did a very through inspection and pointed out all the defects he spoted and also gave his opinion whether it was a major defect or minor and if it needed to be looked at by a person that is a pro in that field. Very satisfied with my inspection worth the money to know the bad and the good!
I highly recommend Jackie he did a thorough job and we had a 35 page report by the end of the day

I called Mr. Sullivan yesterday (Friday - 06/08) to do an inspection for my husband and I. He was able to schedule the inspection the very next day (Saturday 06/09)! From the moment I got on the phone with him, I knew I made the right decision in contacting him to do the inspection. He completed the inspection by 11am Saturday morning and had a full 33 page report by 2pm the very same day! He is so thorough, honest and patient. I highly recommend him, he was wonderful. Thank you again Mr. Sullivan.

Jackie is very detailed and thorough. He spent almost 5 hours on my home making sure it was in the best shape. Unfortunately, I did not purchase the money pit home I was about to sign for. He saved me from spending thousands on maintenance for several years just by his detailed and informative report. Never judge a book by it's cover, this house was perfect to the eye. I am very grateful for his services and will DEFINITELY be using his company for my next home!
