My mother is 69 and had her first ever surgery here yesterday. I can't stress enough how great the level of care, kindness and compassion this staff had. They all made my mom comfortable and at ease. They kept me informed at all times. This place is the best!
all the nurses were very friendly and careing took very good care of me I was taken back for my procedure right on time with no delays. The Dr. explained everything to me very well I'm very happy with everything thing. Thank you twin Cities Surgery Center
I was there last year for a upper and lower scope. So dehydrated that they stuck me 7 times for an IV. Anesthesiologist got pissy because they weren't able to use my right arm due to having lymph nodes removed. The nurse that finally got my IV was nice. Went in yesterday and I had a bad feeling. Well the feeling was right, I ended walking out without having my procedure done. My Dr will no longer schedule me there for anything. They've been getting a lot of complaints about this place. If I could give 0 stars I would!
My Daughter had Surgery on Shoulder, everyone was so nice , caring. Thanks to all, very caring
