Good service! The doctors and nurses and all staff are friendly, helpful, and make you feel at ease. I have had several procedures/surgeries and will continue to do so as needed! RECOMMEND 💯 %
Met some new people. They were all great. I can’t say anything but good things.
Even though my husband’s surgery was almost 3 hours behind schedule, the staff made us as comfortable while we waited as they could. His 2-3 hour procedure didn’t start until 5pm so they offered me a pillow, warm blanket, and the remote while he was in the OR. The anesthesiologist was thorough and answered all of our questions. Dr Steitz is superb as always and has the best bedside manners. But I cannot say enough about his post-op nurse Melinda! I couldn’t be more pleased with how my experience turned out! The staff that took care of me was absolutely amazing! I’m very grateful for how helpful and caring they all were!
Everyone here was so friendly, efficient and professional. The receptionist (Tonya), nurses (Brenda, Deedra, Lynn, and Shonna), and Nurse Anesthetist (Bud) were wonderful. They all helped calm my nerves. I would highly recommend Twin Cities Surgery Center.
