TCM have been the least responsive property landlords I've ever had. I've sent several emails and phone calls over the course of my tenancy that were simply ignored completely. In addition, our heating systems were very poorly maintained, resulting in astronomical utility bills (even with a house kept at 55-60 throughout the winter) and a few days where we couldn't get temps to rise above 50 degrees in the house. I'm still hoping for them to get back to me and hopefully turn this experience around!

One star is too many for these people. The property manager who worked with, Valerie Dahl, did not seem competent whatsoever. We have never dealt with lazier, greedier, less responsible management company in our lives. Our town home was completely trashed by the renters and we were not provided any report on massive damages left behind. If they did any managing, we would have been able to hold the tenants accountable for all the damages. My advice is never trust them and stay away from these people.

I've worked with property management companies in the past. They go above and beyond to find good, quality, responsible tenants and are a wealth of knowledge and information!
