DO NOT use them. The worst mgmt company that we have ever had. They do not return phone calls, they only give you a generic email to send concerns and they do not respond. I have been in property mgmt for 25 yrs. This is the worst. I have lived in my complex 30 yrs and have been on the board in every position. If all you need is someone to pay bills and collect rent, I guess that may work, however, they have no system in place to collect past dues. Thus leaving our complex with numerous uncollected monies.
